I was commissioned by the team at Porus—a German company developing solutions to help cats with chronic kidney disease—to create several illustrations for cat.life, a website on feline renal health. These illustrations described the process of kidney disease, how to monitor and diagnose it, and how their products worked to prevent the accumulation of uraemic toxins in renal patients.
These visual resources required simplicity and engagement, tailored for a non-medical audience (pet owners). We crafted a branded, comic-inspired aesthetic incorporating the client's primary colors, consistent with their existing materials. Moreover, these illustrations were meticulously crafted to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and ensure accessibility for colorblind individuals.

/ Effects of dysbiosis in the body – increased production of indoxyl sulphate in feline patients can lead to cognitive impairment, insulin and parathyroid hormone resistance, immunodeficiency, atrophy of skeletal muscle or cardiovascular hypertension.
